1984 - the Frozen Food Centre Bocholt GmbH in Bocholt was founded by Willem van Schipstal in co-operation with 3 other partners.

1991 - the Frozen Food Centre Everswinkel GmbH in Everswinkel was founded by the Humana Milchindustrie and the Frozen Food Centre Bocholt GmbH.

Besides warehousing and warehouse management of temperature controlled products, both companies also offer various services for chilled and frozen foodstuffs:

Both companies are represented by the Managing Director, Laurent Hagene. A powerful IT platform is used jointly; the pallets are managed with NVE/SSCC with the possibility of receiving information via the Internet on the goods in stock, and to realise data exchange with other IT systems. Both companies operate according to a mutually developed quality management system while, at the same time, taking local preconditions and factors into account.
